1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation charges shall be calculated based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.
3. For tour packages:
* More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
* 15–30 days before departure: 75% refund.
* 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
* Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
4. For cab bookings:
* More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund.
* 24–48 hours before scheduled pickup: 75% refund.
* Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No refund.
5. For hotel and accommodation bookings:
* Refunds shall be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotel, guest house, ashram, or accommodation provider.
* Any cancellation charges imposed by the accommodation provider shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. Service charges, processing fees, permit fees, convenience fees, and non-refundable third-party charges, if any, shall not be refunded.
7. No refund shall be provided for:
* No-shows.
* Early departures.
* Unused services.
* Missed sightseeing, rituals, or activities due to guest delays.
8. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure events, refunds shall be subject to recoveries received from service providers.
9. If TRIDHAM SERVICES is unable to provide a confirmed service due to reasons within its control, a full or proportionate refund shall be processed.
10. Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–15 business days.
11. Refund amounts may be adjusted against future bookings at the customer’s request, subject to mutual agreement.
12. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
