The rates are inclusive of everything like toll tax, parking and driver expenses etc.
Tariff is liable to change anytime without prior notice.
Booking will be confirmed with 25% advance and balance 75% shall be payable at departure of the tour.
Guests are requested to carry valid photo identification during travel and hotel check-in.
Tour itineraries, vehicle types, hotel categories, and service inclusions are as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Any additional expenses not specifically included in the package shall be borne by the guest.
Cab usage is limited to the agreed itinerary, duration, and kilometer limits. Additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.
Toll taxes, parking fees, state entry taxes, and permits shall be charged as per package inclusions or actuals, where applicable.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, local restrictions, religious events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, delayed arrivals, or voluntary changes made by the guest.
Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and comply with local laws, customs, and religious guidelines at all destinations.
Consumption of prohibited substances and any unlawful activity during the tour is strictly forbidden.
The company acts as a facilitator for transportation, accommodation, and other travel services and shall not be liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, government actions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at the registered office location of TRIDHAM SERVICES.
Confirmation of a booking shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
